Unfortunately, I’ve recently had several clients that haven’t shown up for their appointments, with no notice or any answer on if they will be coming to their appointment, whilst I’m awaiting their arrival.
While I understand that things happen, last-minute cancellations and no-shows take up valuable time that could be offered to someone else.
to ensure fairness and protect my time, I will now be taking a 50% deposit when booking appointments. This deposit will go toward your final payment and is non-refundable if you fail to attend or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled time.
I truly appreciate your support and understanding as i make this change to help my business run smoothly. Thank you for your continued loyalty!
